Ordering
As soon as we receive your order, we create an invoice and process it. To avoid errors, an order can not be changed once it has been placed. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to all canceled orders that have been processed, but not yet shipped.
Turn Around & Shipping Times
We will try our best to send orders out 2-5 business days after receiving them. This time frame excludes special promotions, sales or holidays. You are welcome to email us at any time for a better estimate. For orders that qualify for Free Shipping, or orders that use a free shipping coupon, we reserve the right to ship with the carrier and service of our choice.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Cherry City will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. Any damaged packages must be reported to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier.
Returns
Do to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. If something arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us to resolve the issue. if you are unsure of a scent, we encourage you to purchase a sample.
Allergic Reactions
Cherry City will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or medical conditions from our products. We make our products with fresh quality ingredients, but skin sensitivity varies from person to person and a reaction may occur. Our ingredient list is posted next to each product on our website and also on the labels of each product. Please read our ingredient labels carefully before use. If irritation does occur, please discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. Do not use any scented product on your face. We are happy to answer any questions regarding ingredients.
